The terms take effect the moment you complete account registration. By submitting the registration form you confirm you have read and agreed to the current version of the terms, including the payment and withdrawal conditions that apply to UPI and Paytm transactions.

We notify you by email to your registered address at least seven days before a material change takes effect. The updated version is also published at u67.club/terms-conditions with a visible revision date so you can review exactly what changed before it applies to your account.

If you do not accept an updated version of the terms, you should stop using your account and contact us to close it before the effective date. Continued use of the account after the effective date is treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

Where an account is closed for a verified breach, we review the balance and return any funds that were deposited legitimately via UPI, PhonePe or Paytm and are not subject to a dispute hold. The process and timeline are described in the Account Closure clause.

Send a written request to [email protected] with your registered account ID and the subject line 'Data Access Request'. We will compile and send you a copy of your personal data and transaction history within fourteen working days of verifying your identity.

Your agreement is governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where access is permitted. Where Indian law applies, any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be referred to the competent courts in accordance with the terms.

Account eligibility depends on local law and is available where local law permits. You confirm at registration that you are legally permitted to access u67 in your location. We verify identity through KYC documents before activating full account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals.
